No customer balance database
Every successful call is a direct payment authorization. The service does not hold prepaid credits, manage withdrawals, or custody customer funds.
No merchant signing key
The resource server has a public pay-to address. Settlement verification is delegated to a facilitator, while the merchant controls the receiving wallet outside the VPS.
Receipts, not promises
The local ledger records settlement responses for delivered requests. Revenue metrics count receipts; they do not count page views, 402 challenges, or advertised prices as payments.
